The Fiji Procurement Office logistics divisions provides logistical support for the administration and distribution of goods required by Government.

We provide the following service for Government agencies:

• Customs clearance
• Exports
• Delivery operations
• Warehousing
• Inventory Management

We clear all type of goods from dry cargoes, vehicles, equipment, cooler cargoes to dangerous goods.

Agency Responsibility

Agencies  have  to  plan well  and  correspond with  the  logistics  division  well in advance so  that  the  best  value  for money of the procurement is achieved in the most efficient and effective manner.

To request for logistic services, a memo must be addressed to the Head of Procurement detailing the services required and the budget allocation for logistics service recharges.
