Whole of Government Contracts Fulfillment

To ensure efficient fulfillment and avoid disruptions for goods covered under our whole of government contacts, Ministries are encouraged to provide ample lead time and advance notice to our contracted suppliers when placing large orders. This advanced notification allows suppliers to incorporate your demand into their existing supply chain plans.

Sudden requests for large quantities may not be readily accommodated due to the planning and logistical arrangements suppliers need to undertake beforehand.

By working together with our suppliers and providing sufficient notice, we can ensure a smooth and timely fulfillment process for all involved parties.

Contract Extensions Approved

The Government Tender Board has approved extensions for two key whole-of-government contracts:

Supply of Fiberglass Boats: The contract has been extended to January 7, 2025.

Roofing Supplies: The contract has been extended to February 7, 2025.

This ensures continued access to these essential goods for government agencies while the tender process is ongoing. Visit the Annual Contracts page for more information.
